Unable to add user in Business Data Catalog permissions(MOSS 2007)

I am trying to add user(farm administrator) in Business Data Catalog permissions but it gives me below error

An unhandled exception occurred in the user interface.Exception Information: Arithmetic overflow error converting IDENTITY to data type int.
Arithmetic overflow occurred.

I am logged in with FARM Administrator.

Is ther any way to handle from stsadm or any thoughts to add the Farm administrator.

Basically, the BDC permissions are based on Inherited permissions concept.

1. Go to Business Catalgo permissions

2. Selcet the required Farm Admin user

3. Click on the link "Copy all permissions to descendants"

This will copy the selected users permissions down to BDC applications and entities.
