Unable to save Doc file in Sharepoint

I am not able to save any doc or docx file in sharepoint.Below r the steps I
m doing
1. create a doc library
2. Click on new to open a word doc.
3.trying to save
4. In address bar it shows me "My Documents" path not the shaepoint site

Please help is that I m missing some settings,

I m using SP 2007 n windows server 2003 sp2.
below is the error in log file:

The DCOM errors happen on 100% of SharePoint 2007 and 2010
installations. The fix is pretty simple,

I don't think it's related to your doc upload issues.

you are very correct This error is not related to my problem, plz direct me
for Document error as I not able to edit and resave doc in doc lib, more
over 'Quick Parts : Document property' is also disabled and unable to set
tht as well.
