Unable to Filter Custom List

I have a custom list with user defined fields.

I am trying to display list values in other website using content query web
part by filtering with user defined fields.

I am unable to get the values, it is displaying
"This query has returned no items. To configure the query for this Web Part,
open the tool pane."
