i have created publishing site in MOSS2007, but when i open the oob(out
of box) layout file welcomespash.aspx located in _catalogs\masterpage
folder, the top two summary links web part shows following error
message:
Unable to display this Web Part. To troubleshoot the problem, open this
Web page in a Windows SharePoint Services-compatible HTML editor such
as Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer. If the problem persists,
contact your Web server ...

when i add other web part to my custom layout page, they also shows
same error;

i don't know where is the problem, i have created another publishing
site, which is fine with everything, anyone exprienced this problem?
