Is there a way to tweak the order in which the items are displayed
on the Quick Launch Bar?

1. Open the home page in FrontPage 2003.
2. Double click on the link bar  you want to change.
3. Use the Move up and Move down buttons to reorder the links.
4. Click the OK button.
5. Exit FrontPage without saving the page (link bar changes are
instantaneously saved). Saving the page will unghost it and you don't
want to do that.

Without Front page, if you just want to change the sequence of the
document libraries displayed the following should work:
- Remove all of them from the quick  launch bar
- Then re-add them to the quick launch  bar in the sequence you want
them

You can do the same for the other sections like lists as well.

Not to exciting or flashy, but it does the job!
