Created several webparts working great in my 2k3 development
server.

Deployed CAB file using stsadm, "UserControls" vertual directory,
moved files and dlls to the staging server. When I clicks a button
to get data from DB, "An unexpected error has occurred."

Error from Staging Server Event log: "Request for the permission
of type System.Data.SqlClient.SqlClientPermission, System.Data,
Version 1.0.5000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089
failed."

The only difference I can see between my developement server and
staging is the trust level.

I tested to see if I change it to "Full", I got error
that "permission grant set is incompatible between appdomains". I
don't want to do this anyway, just a testing.

I did not deploy the Dll to the GAC on the development server nor
staging server.

Should I modify trust files "WSS_Minium"? Or I need to deploy
file to GAC on staging?... or any other help?....
