Troubles w/ large PDF files in the Document Library...

I am running SPS SP1. I have a large PDF file (about 5.6MB) in a
folder in my document library. I can download the file to my local
hard drive and successfully open and view it using IE. However, in
IE, when I click on the link for the PDF file in the workspace's
document library, the document is never displayed no matter how long
I wait. I would be interested in hearing anyone's thoughts as to why
this might be happening.

Don't want to sound elementary, but do you have Adobe Acrobat installed..

Yes, Acrobat is installed. When I download the file to my local hard
drive and open it in IE, everything works fine. The problem I'm
having is when the browser tries to access the file through the link
in the workspace's document library.
