I just started using Sharepoint Services. I have some problem
restoring a backup file to another site on the same server using
stsadm.exe

my command is: stsadm.exe -o restore -url http://myweb/sites/siteB
-filename backupA.dat

error:The web site address "http://myweb/sites/siteB" is already in
use.

i try to restore to another site that haven't exist yet and i got
the error: No Content database are available for restoring this site
collection.

May I know how to restore a backup file to another site on the same
server using stsadm? May I know how to solve the above problem?
