I have a client that only has trouble trying to open word documents when she accesses the general documents via "Network Neighborhood". I believe there is something corrupt about the link, however, I can't create a new link.. I actually cut and past the link from the original properties, but it always brings me to folders with little white boxes on them..

I have a shortcut that I originally dragged down to the quick launch bar from "Network Neib." and it works great, however, I can't drag it back to "Ntwk Nbd"??

Any ideas?
