Trouble Exporting a Survey

On one users machine when she tries to export a survey to Excel she
gets the message "An Unepected Error Occured" and she can not open or
save it. Machine has Office 2003.
On other machines it works fine.

Any ideas on what I might fix on her machine to make it work?

Does her machine  have WebClient service running? Can she go to another machine and try?
