I have one mosssite, in which i need to Track user informatio
when user clicks the URL in the Moss site .

I don't know of anything native to MOSS that will do this; you'd probably
have to intercept and rewrite the link URLs with an identifier, or add some
code to the master page(s) that would note the current URL and user  and save
the information to a database.

From the limited description. Check into the usage and analysis reporting. This
isn't enabled by default. The configuration is pretty quick and easy. Will
take a day or so for info to propagate the reports.

IIS logs will tell you if the URL they clicked is in your MOSS site. Log
Parser is an easy way to search for those kinds of things.
