In the data dictionary for the UserInfo Table, there is a column
called tp_Deleted.

Column Name: tp_Deleted
Data Type: Int
Description: Value that specifies whether the user was deleted.
Note: the user is not removed because the user data is referenced in
many other tables.

Does anyone know how changes to this field's value are triggered and
what impacts triggering it has to user permissions, profiles, etc?
