You know how the Topics area is the first area to the right of Home on
the default menu bar?

And the sub area of the Topics area are displayed on the home page's
vertical menu navigator along the left side of the page.

Well, now twice, I've modified the name and URL of the Topics area and
one time the new name and it's subareas were correctly displayed in
the left side navigator but the second time, the left side navigator
just disappeared.

Haven't we figured this out once already?
