Times off is when syncing Sharepoint with MS Outlook

Have an off problem when using the "Link to Outlook" function
in Sharepoint. The appointments are showing as two hours later in
Outlook than they are set to in Sharepoint.

We have looked at the clock in all parts involved and everything is
set correctly. Does anyone know where the issue is?

Outlook will display the appointments according to the time zone of the
local computer. SharePoint shows them according to the timezone of the
SharePoint installation (2003) or the individual team site (2007)

The time zone for the local computer AND the
SharePoint install are both the same (EST).

Still having the issue.
