Timer job

is there a way to kick off some daily timer jobs instead of just

Stsadm.exe -o execadmsvcjobs

It does affect some jobs, but not all, the one I need to kick off
frequently is "profile Synchronization" and it doesn't seem to run after the
stsadm command.

Profile Synch should be an hourly job  rather than a daily  one. You
might get what you want using "stsadm -o preparetomove" (since that
forces a profile sync), but I'm not sure what (if any) complications
there might be running this when you don't actually move the
