Time Zone Problems for Users

Does anyone know if there is a way to have the time zone on a site be
set specific to each user. For instance if people from different time
zones look at a Sharepoint calendar they see the correct times for
them and not what the site time zone is set to.

I know each user can manually change this in their regional settings.
I am just hoping there is an more automatic way of doing this.

Sites can only use one time  zone. However, users  can link the
SharePoint calendar  to Outlook, and Outlook will display time correctly
in different time zones.

Under My Settings - My Regional Settings
and unchecking Always Follow Web Settings each user  can specify
their standard time  zone.

What I would like to do is this be set  automatically instead of
directing all our users  to do this manually.

You can also set  the time  zone for a Web Application in Central Admin.
Any user  using that web application will get that time zone  setting.
Other than that the only solution would be to write a program that would
set the Time Zone for your users.
