TIF/TIFF Files

Is TIF or TIFF file supported under SPS? I uploaded some TIFF files into
the portal but when I click on the filename, the file does not appear.

Yes, we use TIFF files  for document imaging applications with
SharePoint as the repository and it works great. Normally the TIFF
images will open in the associated application (Windows picture and fax
viewer by default under Windows XP). It is possible that either IE
security settings or some other security program (antivirus, etc.) is
blocking your access to these files.

There is a free TIFF viewer software package that can be installed.
