tiff upload times out

I have a user who despite my warnings has OCR a lot of tiff's that are
over 50 megs.
He cant copy them from one site to another. You can download them and
then upload them. Documents less then 49 megs are slow but dont have
these issues.

I have reset the IIS settings and reset the upload limits.

ANy one have a clue as to how to fix this issue?

In wss 2.0 we could reset IIS limits and this resloved the issue.

what is the maximum upload  timeout setting in Web App general settings?

You can raise the IIS timeout setting for the Web app in question. The default
is 120. Someone sent a link once on how to change TCP (window size?), but I
couldn't get it to work. I had to raise our IIS Timeout settings  to 600seconds.
