I am
fighting the noobie's learning curve here and I appreciate the help to get me
going.
Anyways, I have two lists - the list of Users (where are kept the emails and
usernames) in the sharepoint site, and a list of contacts. Now I want both
lists to use the same information, so I created some new site columns in the
main site preferences columns list so that the columns would show in any list.
Problem is that they don't sync. The contacts list does not use the same
information in its columns that the User list contains. Can I do this in wss3?
I have SPD, but don't have direct access to the server files.
