Sync Documents from a local machine to sharepoint

we have a Shared drive with so many documents. We have a requirement like
whenever users are offline is there any way to sync those documents to
sharepoint and vise versa?

Also, we have a FTP site. So how can I integrate this ftp site with
SharePoint?

Also, How can I store the pst files to sharepoint?

You can use the connect to Outlook feature.

For the FTP site  you can add it as a safe to search location
