Suggestions on preventing users from using different font types/font

I have a few users that like to be creative with their font
types/sizes/colors when they post new announcements to our site. I
would like for all the posts to be in Tahoma 9 but I'm not sure how to
enforce this. Telling them over and over again does not work. Is there
a way for me to force the text in the body of the announcement to
always be Tahoma 9 regardless of what they enter?
