Subscription notifications for non-existent user

Asked By: Steven Davis         Date: Mar 29, 2010      Category: Sharepoint      Views: 377

we have a user who has left the company, however it seems that there are
still some subscription notifications sent to his email. Since the email account
is disabled we get a return notification. In any case when we go into manage his
subscriptions with his domain and user id we get an error that "failed to get
subscription results for userid". The user id and domain are correct and we are
coordinators on the workspace. How can I go about finding out what his
subscriptions are and how can I delete them?

initially when I deleted out the items it did not work. But after a
reboot of the server subscriptions would not come through. I think there needs
to be a reboot in order for the changes to take place with the plex tool.
