Style....

Might be simple but, how can I change and apply my own look and feel
throughout a sharepoint workspace, with choosing the provided style
sheets (like Grape!)?

You can have your own stylesheet with classes
similar to those in defualt stylesheets
and use this style  sheet in custom stylesheet option.
