stsadm.exe restore problem

I have created a WSS site on server1 which hosts a SPS. The WSS site
has document libraries and Web Part Pages. Having completed the site, I
backed it up from server1 using stsadm.exe, and restored it to server2
which is a completely independent server. Now the problem I'm getting
is that when i try to do a search from the portal on server2, it only
finds my WSS site. It does not detect any of the content from my web
part pages at all.

I imagine this is some indexing issue...? Can anyone help please...?
