STS copy subwebs between servers error

Got an "unexpected error" while using the publish web function in Frontpage
to copy a subweb from one server to another.
Error number 0x800704c7
None of the newly created lists/document libraries copied over ...
Any ideas what's going wrong?

Both servers have Frontpage 2002 (office XP sp2) installed.
