SSRS - SharePoint Error

Asked By: Loren    Date: Jul 20    Category: MOSS    Views: 887

I have successfully configured MOSS 2007 with SQL2005(service pack
2). On Sharepoint
have 2 sites.
1) http://portal (Which has windows-based Users)
2) http://portal:12345 (which has Form-based Users)

I created SSRS report and deployed it on the document library
of http://portal and it's working fine.I wanted to display the same
report on the form-based site. So I have used a page-viewer webpart and
gave the report server url of that report to the webpart and it works
fine for me. I tested the same form-based site with same user
credentials on my colleague's computer and it is giving me below error
for that particular report showing webpart:"The permissions granted to
user are insufficient for performing this operation. (rsAccessDenied)".
(I selected windows authentication in central Administration while
configuring SSRS with sharepoint.)

I would really appreciate if anyone can help me out with this.

Make sure anonymous access is not turned on and also make sure you
are using the same account you are using for your forms auth based
app for the Reporting Services application pool. Also you may have to
impersenate the same account in web.config.
