SSRS SharePoint deployment error

I have configured SQL SP-3 with reporting services add-in for SharePoint,

However when I try to deploy report [report properly executed in
VS2005], I’m facing this error message saying-

” A connection could not be made to the report server
http://ServerName/reportserver "

Has anyone overcome such problem statement.

[i have configured the sql report notification service to default 80 port]
