I have a report that will display a field called 'comments'. When I report on the comments field from a sharepoint list, I would like to be able to display the latest data in the comments column. However, I am finding that when I create the report not using the list I can do so but when using the list the field remains blank if the comments field is not the latest field being updated in the list. Is there a special way to handle displaying the last update in the comments field?
