SSRS report deployment problem

I had install SQL reporting service and MOSS 2007 on same machine.

I had created a new report in BI studio.
I had also configured through report server configuration manager.

I insert the TargetDataSourceFolder and TargetResourceFolder as http://mainsite/subsite/RpeortList/
And Target serverURL http://machineName/spreportserver/

If I copy http://machineName/spreportserver/ this link in browser it works fine.

But I am getting error on the deployment of report by right click on solution=> Deploy

A connection could not be made to the report server http://MachineName/spreportserver. (Microsoft Report Designer)

Did you install SP2 on SQL? If you didn’t install SP2, this problem may occur. I also suggest you install SP2 for moss 2007. If this is not the issue, please double check the SSRS configuration according to this document:
