Sql Server 2000 SP4

I am running Sharepoint Portal Server 2003 , SP1.

Back end is SQL SERVER 2000 ENTERPRISE EDITION, SP3.

Recently I have being told to apply SP4 for SQL SERVER 2000.

Are they any know issues of sharepoint with SQL Server 2000 sp4 ??? Is it
safe to apply.

We've had no issues since it was released (we run on a cluster) and I
would suggest this move should have been made sometime ago for security
reasons.
