SPSMigrate Tool

If anyone has the SPSMigrate tool I have a desperate need for it. MS pulled the
tool and I need to migrate data. If you have it let me know.

You want to upgrade from SPS 2001 to SPS 2003 ?

Spsmigrate was a concept that didn't progress past the "spec" stage.
Unfortunately it slipped into the SP 2003 migration white paper
(www.microsoft.com/.../prodtech
nol/office/sps2003/deploy/spST2003.asp).
