SPSite.ByPassImpersonationStateCheck

I am seeing this error a lot on the 12 hive log. Does anyone know what it means
or if it means nothing at all?

OWSTIMER.EXE (0x12A0) 0x0EF8 Windows SharePoint Services
General 8l1o Verbose SPSite should
not be used with mixed impersonation state. If you do want to cache an SPSite
created within RunWithElevatedPrivileges, call
SPSite.BypassImpersonationStateCheck
