SPSBackup Schedule Script

Can anyone tell me what is the script that backs up the SharePoint server database on schedule using SPSBackup?

I am not sure:
If attachments are allowed here.
How this script  works, but if you have a test environment, you can surely test
I had downloaded this m one of the many resources on the net.... --- Hope it

I have:
*) 1 SPS production server
*) 1 SPS development server

Both databases are same.

**** do they have the same site ID ******
i.e did you create your dev portal, back it up and then restore it into
production or are these 2 uniquely created portals that you just mirror the
information to?
