SPS V2: Spout and Spin (Document Library Migration)

Has anybody been successful using the Spout.exe and Spin.exe to export
and import document library from SPS 2001 to SPS 2003? I'm able to use
the Spout.exe to export the data from SPS 2001. But now I'm having
problems importing the data into a specific document library that is
located in a team site. Can somebody tell me what is the correct
procedure I should be using and what is the correct command line I
should be using for the Spin.exe command?

Spin.exe creates the library. You cannot spin  the xml into an
existing library.
