SPS uninstallation

Asked By: Kelsey Benton         Date: Apr 07, 2010      Category: Sharepoint      Views: 204

I have gone out of my mind. I mistakly uninstalled WSS
first before SPS. Now I am not able to uninstall SPS.
It gives me error to debug in CLr or VS.net. I don't
know how to make a clean Uninstallation now.

I just did this the other day.

Open your CD dir and go to the WSS install. Install WSS using the default
setting. When the browser pops up just kill it and then uninstall  SPS. Worked
like a charm for me.
