SPS, DDB and it's web parts with SPS

I have two servers, one (Server01) consisting of SPS and
the other (Server02) has digital dashboard and SQL on
it....OK... Now the question is how in the catalog.xml on
SPS server do I relate the code back to the web part
catalog on the SQL and DDB server??
