when i installed the sharepoint portal server in the company i
worked in i faced the following problems:

- SPS asks all the user (exept the coordinators) for their network
ID and password and (when they enter them it does not except them )
and even when they press the cancell button they enter to the
dashboared with out any problem.

- when the user select a document to publish and press "Continue".
Instead of asking him for the profile of the document he uploaded
the path of the document deleted and the page doesn't change.

Concerning item 1:
We ran into this with our Office 2000 users. They need to be at the SR1 or
higher level. Office 2000 users can get Office 2000 Service Release 1 (SR1)
from office.microsoft.com/ProductUpdates/default.aspx
