SPS Archival Tool

All of you ppl must be using one form or another for
documents archival after a certain time period. Is
there a recommendation about any tool that
automatically archives SPS documents after a present
time interval ? My client has more that 100 emplyees,
and there are hundreds of documents heading into the
workspace every week that I need to archive asap.
