Can anyone point to a good document on how to get all three installed on the same server for testing purposes? I have this accomplished but I am trying to figure out if I have it right.
Umm, if you mean the best order?Windows 2k3, SQL, SQL SP3, SPS2003, Project server
I haven’t tried it myself. First install SQL Server 2000 and patch it to SP3a, the follow these directions…http://groups.google.com/groups?q=jeanfor+project2003&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&selm=325BA1F7-D44E-437E-A18D-907909762675%40microsoft.com&rnum=1
I have seen these instructions. I think I have it working now. I’m not sure what I did different on this install versus the first three times I tried. Now I just need to dust off my Project knowledge, relearn SharePoint (I’m an oldie with 2001), and see if this setup will work for my company.
