I might look at her active directory profile and match it up against
someone else who can see it. I'd do the same with her sharepoint user
profile.
If she was added as a user after other people her permissions might not
be exactly the same or something. Sometimes when I copy a new user in
active directory, it can do some weird things like that, skip their
mailbox and other odd stuff, even if I use a power user template. After
that I dunno, it could just be a Polter-part. ;)
Anyway, sometimes it's just easier to recreate the user, but in a case
like that you have to recreate them on their XP machines too so they get
all new acl's for exchange stuff and logins and on and on... Kind of a
pain, but often times simpler than trying to hunt down the original
quirck.
