SPS 2003 Cannot Upload Files - Large Upload?

I began recieving calls from users stating they cannot upload to
sharepoint SPS2003. When I couldnt either (it would just wait
forever), I checked SQL 2000 and noticed that my content database is
13GB larger than yesterday. Someone is evidently uploading something
huge. Is there anyway I can find out where in SPS 2003 this is
occouring? And stop it?
