SPS 2003, SQL 2000, Exchange 2003, ISA 2000, OWA, DC?

We've been running Exchange 2000, ISA 2000, and SQL 2000 on a single
server for quite some time. We're getting ready to deploy SPS 2003, and
also plan to upgrade to Exchange 2003. I'm wondering what equipment to
use and where to install each server component. I anticipate no more
than 50 users logged on at any given point in time. I'd like to account
for some future growth in the number of users and, more importantly, the
quantity of use by each user.

We currently own:

Server 1: Dell server with 512mb of RAM, Dual 1.0Ghz processors, 64mb
RAID controller, five 10k SCSI drives.
Server 2: dual PII 350Mhz processors, 764mb RAM, single SCSI hard drive.
Server 3: we have about $1,250 dollars to spend if needed (excluding
software costs)

Is there a role for Server 2? Should we purchase Server 3? If we
purchase a new server, should I be more concerned with processing power
or disk subsystem power? Which software server components should go on
which server? Which server should act as the domain controller? We're
going to be exposed to the Internet, so what setup gives us the best
