SPS 2003 - Problem accessing My Site

I have an SPS2003 implementation where one of my users is able to access the
main portal. When they try to access their 'My Site' they receive a 'Page
cannot be displayed' message.

I have checked the event viewer, IE logs and also the Sharepoint Logs and
can't see anything out of the ordinary. Does anyone have any suggestions as
to how i might diagnose / resolve this?

For info i have sorted this.

Had navigated to http://portal/personal/username and deleted the site from
there. This may not have successfully deleted the site. I created the site
again using http://portal/_layouts/1033/createmysite.aspx while logged on as
the user. Still had the same problem, but then deleted the site using
stsadm instead. All seems to be working fine now.
