In a document library (under standard view), when I click "New Folder"
to create a new folder, the folder creates ok and is in the library.
BUT when I go to click on it I receive the following errors:

WHEN I click on 'Edit in Datasheet', I am able to click and open the
folder.
then when I click, from the datasheet view, on "show in Standard View",
I am able to see the contents of the folder.

The suggested workaround of manually changing the db owner did nothing
for us.
Though we did notice that one of the SPS databases had a different owner
than the others, making them all the same didn't correct the problem.
