SPS 2003 Log Files

I am trying to find out if there is a way to move the SPS 2003 diagnostic
log files from the C: drive to another drive on our server. We have 5 portals
and each portal is creating multiple log files. These files are taking up too
much disk space and we need to move them to another drive where there is more
disk space available.
