SPS 2003 Library Explorer VIew not always working

I use Internet Explorer 6.0 with SP1.

In SPS 2003, when I go to the "Explorer View" view of document library,
sometime it works and sometime not. WHen it doesn't work, this error appear
in the "textarea" form: Explorer View requires Internet Explorer 5.0 or
greater and Web Folders.

Someone has already experienced that problem and or find a explanation or
solution?
