SPS 2001 and Win2K SP3

Did anyone out there ran into a problem installing SPS2001 on a Win2K SP3
machine? If so, is there a solution around it yet?

I have been running that combo fine -- I would suggest creating a test
server and see what problems occur.

What do I need to do to remove the Discuss link under each document next
to the Subscribe link?
