I have a few users who are not able to open pdfs from the portal. They can open it if they download the .pdf file. But not from the browser.
They are able to open all pdfs outside of the portal or on any other website etc. Just not from the portal.
Most other users are having no such problem.
I have checked the IE and Adobe versions and they are consistent with all users.

Any guidance on this will be very helpful.
