SPPS 2003 InfoPath Problem

We have a SPPS 2003 Portal with a Work Order site that has an InfoPath
form library. There is an eventhandler that generates a Wortk Order
(Customized issue list item) when the form getss psubmitted to the library.
We have an apprearently readom group of users who get a tiem out when they
try to open the form after watching the hourglass spin for a time. We
haven't be able to noarrow the [problem to any specific group of users or
network segment. Any ideas?
