Special Permissions on MOSS 2007?

Asked By: Roxana    Date: Sep 28    Category: MOSS    Views: 777

I have a list I created for reserving six conference rooms on a MOSS
2007 page. I would like to set the permissions so only the creator of
the reservation can change/delete it. I don't see a way to do this in
Sharepoint. Is there a third-party tool I can use for special
permissions for this page and any other custom pages I build?

Also, is there a good site for free/cheap web parts?
(I work for a non-profit)

You can do this under the advanced settings for the calendar item list. You can
set the read and edit Item level permissions.

You can try SharePoint column/view permission which is designed to set
column permissions.
